Eventually we all have created some myths about the interviews that they will ask some technical questions. But this is never apart from a qualification round, which company or industries modify as per their need.

 

Companies are more focused on candidates as assets instead of Liabilities…

 

What are these terms and how one candidate can become this-

Liabilities -   Liabilities is nothing but current saving and deposits. So basically, companies are not in search of the employees who are like short term or current resources for them.

Assets – Assets fall under the long-drawn thinking process category and any of the industries didn’t want to miss these resources. In other words, an asset is to become a long part of an organization that has to be dedicated, adaptive, punctual, and of course positive working attitude with many more in the list.   We have to sound long term assets like – I will take this company to the next level in 4 to 5 Years etc.

 

While giving an IT Interview - We should clarify for the patent politely for the Self Developed Software or Apps generated while working in any specific organization. This will eventually illuminate the mindset of an organization that how they will help us while achieving the goals and maintaining honesty from both the ends.

Discussing the Goals and Achievements - While discussing on one of the critical topics with higher authorities of the companies or an interviewer we should always remember that not to sound exaggerate to interviewers. Don’t flaunt or boast yourself as in; I was the backbone of the institution and now they will face many difficulties in pursuing many tasks. This indeed put the bad impact on the interviewer and they may change their perception towards your selection on the basis of exaggerate talks.

 

Notice the posture but not yours - Posture and Dressing sense is the another most dominant factor of the interviews. Today, we all are well aware on how to maintain it just like Groomed and Ship-Shaped dressing sense. But we might have never noticed the posture of interviewer on how they carry it before us? Many a times company needs to hire bulk of new interns or they are totally impressed with our Aura, Resume and Conversational Etiquettes. Learn them before it gets late.

Have that beautiful smile and patience while entering the allotted Interview Room. Besides being a normal wisher; use updated greeting professional terms.

So these are some necessary points which remained unnoticed but not now. These points we hopefully offer much to you for getting selected under the norms of any company.
