How to write an Anchoring Script for Orientation Program

 WELCOMING

A very good morning to the dignitaries , faculty members and all the students present here.

It gives me an immense pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all on behalf of "INSTITUTE NAME", Today I "Gauri Takyar" on this pleasant & joyful morning feel privilege to  host the occasion of "Orientation Program for B.Tech" .

OPENING- 

"If you're offered a seat in a rocket ship, don't ask what seat? Just Get In!"

By this quote, I wish all the students the best luck for their future endeavors & hopes that they grab all possible opportunities in their life as a seat in a Rocket ship. We , "INSTITUE NAME"  promise to provide you all the best platforms to outshine  & transform yourself towards future oriented world by providing a family-like environment. 

Here in addition to academics, we give exposures to industries by providing trainings in latest technologies via industrial visits. Our students  also have out shown themselves by inventing many national level projects . So, do we hope from our next budding talents.

INAUGRATION_

To add some traditional touch and make it an auspicious beginning, I would like to invite the person behind the success of college- (Director's Name), H.O.D of B.Tech Dept. ( Name), other members with designation to do the honors of Lamp Lightening .

INTRODUCTION_

1) To move one step ahead, I would like to invite the woman who has been the leader, mentor & head of B.Tech Dept. (.............) , (major key responsibilities & Experience of Professor) to please step forward & share few words as welcome speech in Today's event.

2) Now, I would like to request all the Faculty Members of B.tech 1st year to please come forward & introduce themselves and share few words with the Future of our Institute .

3) Now, as we all know this thing very well that how much Placements are important & what vital role does it play in the ongoing growth and success of an institution. The placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for UG & PG of the College by keeping in terms with reputed firms & industrial establishments. The Placement Team operates round the year to facilitate contacts between company & graduates. So, Please welcome (..........) - Our Placement Director to brief you more about the placement .

4) After knowing a lot about the Campus, How it functions, Achievements , Goals of the Institute..

We feel privilege to have our honorable Director Head of the Campus with us, His excellency, (NAME)- hardly needs an Introduction, but still I would definitely like to add that you have made all of us proud by your distinguished work in numerous capacities. Sir, has been the pillar of strength & our constant source of motivation. We cordially invite our Director - (....) to address the gathering , share his expertise & knowledge with our students.
